Overview

Brinkmann Constructors Denver office is looking for an experienced, creative and goal-oriented individual to join the team as a Marketing and Business Development Specialist. This person will be directly involved in growing and enhancing the Brinkmann Constructors brand in the Denver and surrounding areas through branding, advertising, and other marketing support services and initiatives. This position will also be responsible for assisting in business development tasks, such as RFP response, marketing material creation and client presentations. They will work closely with the Denver executive and preconstruction team and will report directly to the Denver VP with a secondary reporting line to the Director of Marketing and Senior Business Development Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Tasks:          
    • Assist in implementing Brinkmann’s overall brand and marketing strategy
    • Internal and external brand marketing
    • Support social media marketing and engagement on LinkedIn as well as other platforms
    • Collaboration and support of other internal departments
    • Manage print and online campaigns, including creative and deliverables
    • Other marketing tasks as assigned
  • Business Development Tasks:
    • Marketing and Business Development material creation, including RFQ/RFP responses, brochures, presentations, resume creation and maintenance and more
    • Management of photo management system
    • CRM Assistance
      • Administrative assistance of Unanet (CRM) including data input, information gathering and verification for accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or equivalent (ie: graphic design, journalism, etc.)
  • 5 years of experience minimum
  • Strong organizational, communication and design skills
  • Time management, efficiency
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Must be InDesign proficient
  • Entrepreneural mindset

Working Conditions:

  • The Business Development and Marketing Specialist's work is primarily performed indoors out of a main office; occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions with some exposure to health or safety hazards, including noise level may range from moderate to loud.
  • Light physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 20 pounds and some standing,
    walking, sitting, talking and/or hearing.
  • Position requires travel.
  • Environment will be demanding and fast paced

Salary starts at $70,000 and up. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
