Overview

Brinkmann Constructors is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support both our Business Development and internal branding efforts. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage meaningful touchpoints across our client relationships, company merchandise, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys owning processes from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Support & Data Management

Maintain employee profiles and project records in Unanet (Cosential)

Input and verify new hire and historical experience data

Support data integrity efforts across the CRM

Assist with reporting, presentations, and internal training docs

  • Client Experience & Admin Support

Assist with the preparation of BD presentations, meeting agendas, and internal reports

Help support client engagement initiatives including touchpoint tracking, data collection and follow-up logistics

  • Company Merchandise & Brand Experience

Manage internal company store product line for employees, recruiting, events, and client gifting

Source merchandise that reflects our brand identity and meets quality/budget requirements

Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and seasonal promotions

Coordinate with People, Accounting, and IT teams for alignment on rollouts and reporting

Qualifications

  • Has strong attention to detail and follows through on commitments
  • Enjoys working behind-the-scenes to support high-impact initiatives
  • Is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple timelines
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates with cross-functional teams
  • Has working knowledge of CRM systems and is confident with Microsoft Office tools
  • Is curious and interested in branding, merchandise, or marketing strategy

Working Conditions

  • Work is typically performed indoors out of a main office or field office at the construction site; may
    require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Light physical effort is required, including the handling of objects up to 20 pounds
    • Position may require travel
    • Position requires frequent, high-level of autonomy as it relates to decision-making that impacts
    company results
