Brinkmann Constructors is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support both our Business Development and internal branding efforts. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage meaningful touchpoints across our client relationships, company merchandise, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys owning processes from start to finish.
Maintain employee profiles and project records in Unanet (Cosential)
Input and verify new hire and historical experience data
Support data integrity efforts across the CRM
Assist with reporting, presentations, and internal training docs
Assist with the preparation of BD presentations, meeting agendas, and internal reports
Help support client engagement initiatives including touchpoint tracking, data collection and follow-up logistics
Manage internal company store product line for employees, recruiting, events, and client gifting
Source merchandise that reflects our brand identity and meets quality/budget requirements
Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and seasonal promotions
Coordinate with People, Accounting, and IT teams for alignment on rollouts and reporting
