We are adding a highly motivated sourcing specialist with proven skills in high volume recruiting to build a pipeline and recruit for key roles within our growing organization.  The Talent Sourcing Specialist will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top talent to support our growing teams, while partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand hiring needs and identify top talent
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain an inclusive, diverse, and passive talent pipeline for current and future roles
  • Screen candidates and coordinate initial outreach to engage top talent
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
  • Track and report sourcing metrics via ATS (iCIMS preferred)
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal TA Specialists, and agency partners
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Provide high level of customer service to candidates, employees, and leadership while promoting Brinkmann’s reputation as an employer of choice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in talent sourcing
  • Experience in high volume sourcing with proven performance cold calling and building talent pipelines
  • Construction industry or agency sourcing experience a plus
  • Strong computer and internet skills; advanced in Microsoft Office, ATS experience (iCIMS a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
  • Positive attitude, motivated self-starter, embraces a one-team mentality
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates, senior leaders, and employees.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Minimal travel required
