Overview

Brinkmann Constructors is hiring an ERP Implementation & Systems Integration Manager to lead the enterprise-wide deployment of a new ERP platform and oversee its long-term optimization. Initially, this role will focus on the ERP implementation, then expand to support and manage all key system integrations across the company. It will serve as the program manager and change leader for the ERP implementation, ensuring the system enhances business operations, drives adoption, and delivers measurable value across all functional areas.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate combines ERP expertise, change management experience, and project leadership to guide both the technical and organizational transition to the new platform and ensure its ongoing success.

  • Manage the ERP implementation from design through testing, go-live, and stabilization
  • Develop and propose change management strategies to drive user adoption, communication, and training, coordinating with all parties
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure business process readiness
  • Serve as the liaison between implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams
  • Manage integrations between the ERP platform and enterprise systems
  • Work within IT to ensure data integrity, system performance and security
  • Maintain a roadmap for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with leaders across all functional areas to align operations and reporting needs
  • Analyze, extract and translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Identify root cause for commonly occurring issues and recommend solutions
  • Be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of end users/business users

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience managing ERP or large technology projects
  • Direct Workday or equivalent ERP experience preferred
  • Experience leading change management and adoption strategies
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Viewpoint is a plus, but not required
